I can't believe it still...I heard about it when I caught up with some uni friends today for my birthday, and even the people serving at Papagino's were going on about it! I did not believe Michelle when she brought it up...but seriously, it's like every couple months some well-known celebrity carks it! Steve Erwin was sad for me, he was really awesome...I never was really into Heath Ledger but I found out today he was that guy who goes out with Kat in Ten Things I Hate About You, and now I definitely gots to see Breakback Mountain, which I never got around to seeing despite assurances that it's good. And I'm pretty positive that that sleping drug is the same drug that was on the news recently that they want to take off the market (in Australia at any rate) coz it makes people do strange things when they're asleep and is dangerous. It's too sad!

I'm so glad Marty wasn't booted off Idol, my opinion's really changed about him now after last night when he was allowed to play his guitar - it really worked for him. I've always liked him a bit but he was never outstanding to me, and since Ben's gone he's become my favourite I think. Although Matt was pretty good last night too - he has a nice voice. But seriously - Carl should have gone, he's got to go, he's just so boring, I can't believe he's made it to the top 4! But Marty is kinda hot without being so full of himself, however he seemed to have a good time at the Arias last night and went to several after-parties and didn't get home till six in the morning (lol) and I thought he was pretty shy! But nah, he's cool, I hope he wins it now, even though he's not really into the whole competition. Natalie's all right but I think she and Carl should be next and Matt and Marty should go to the Opera House. Or else Carl go next week, then Matt, then Natalie. A guy and girl at the Opera House would be awesome too. And oh, how awesome would it be to go to the Arias? That would be so cool. ...

I've just been watching Two Weeks Notice with my auntie on TV, and oh my God, people over 50 and technology ... she seriously thought it costs me money to watch a DVD on my laptop and that I do it through the internet. It took a while to explain to her the concept of a built-in CD-rom/DVD player ... honestly ... and that I was watching a lot of DVD's on it because I DIDN'T have the internet and I was seriously bored! And I still don't think she gets it.

I had a strange dream last night...but all my dreams are pretty bizarre so why should this one be any different? Maybe I shouldn't go to sleep while being thirsty...lol...anyway I dreamed about getting up to go to the loo, as if I was really awake and doing it because I think I might have been considering doing it before I drifted off to sleep, and I was being extra-cautious so as not to wake my auntie who annoyingly sleeps with her door open and I'm in full view if she is awake and looking out of her room...and when I got into the toilet, or actually I think it was just outside the door, I found a dead rabbit covered in blood, and I thought, oh shit, can't let my auntie find this, so I was trying to shove it down the toilet but in a certain way so it would go down easily because I didn't want it to block the toilet...I think I managed to flush it eventually but I was covered in fur and blood and water...man this is revolting just thinking about it...then I went to get a drink, was sneaking back to bed with it I think, when the doorbell rang, and it didn't even sound like my doorbell, and somehow I knew it was a burglar and I went to tell my auntie that someone rang the doorbell and they're going round all the windows checking the curtains, so we sat there waiting till they got to her window, then I think I may have woken up. (I didn't tell her about the rabbit. For whatever reason I didn't want her to know there had been a mess of a dead rabbit on her carpet I think!)

I mentioned this to my auntie when I got up this morning and she was like, "Ooh, let me get my book!" I never knew she had a dream dictionary (actually she's got two) and I've been nagging my Dad for ages to get mine from out of the roof where he shoved it while he was painting my room. Apparently dreaming of a rabbit means failure of enemies, whatever someone tries to do to you they won't succeed, and to dream of a rabbit in your backyard means you have a good friendship. I think mine's the former, we don't really have much of a backyard and there was nothing in there about a rabbit in the toilet! (lol!) And her other book said much the same thing, and to see a burglar entering your house means treachery and troubles approaching. Great. Just what I need, even more shit. But since we sort of caught the burglar I'm hoping that means like the books said, good fortune.

Anyway I'd better go get on with my day, and my auntie's got the drier on in here (yes, there is a drier in the study, not in the laundry where it should be - lol) and it's getting steamy. Cya! :)

And I've discovered I have a Pisces moon, which explains a lot about me (lol) and my Ascendant is in Capricorn (not entirely sure what that means, might ask the psychic I'm going to see soon). Well I wasn't back in business like I said last time I wrote on here - lol - but I am now!!! :D Yayyyyy! :D I, have,the, internet, finally!!! And thank Christ I have a brother who knows how to set it up (lol). And it's great, it's just a modem you plug into the power point, stick the cord in the computer and away you go. No phone line or cable or any of that crap, and I can take it anywhere I like (provided there's coverage) and I'm not locked into any contract. Even last night when my auntie unplugged the modem by accident and I thought I might be screwed, it was all good when I plugged it back in! So I'm in a very good mood!
 
So I went and saw The December Boys today...and although it wasn't Harry Potter Daniel Radcliffe was pretty good in it...actually at first I didn't like his character, coz he seemed so prim and proper...but that skank Lucy...and people always think it's the guy who takes the chick's virginity...well not in this movie! It was bizarre seeing Daniel Radcliffe doing a sex scene...how's it gonna be if he goes to Hollywood and stars in romantic comedy types in like ten years time, it'll be too weird...a grown-up Harry, I mean, Daniel! (lol) But I don't think I'll be able to resist going to see every film he features in somehow. And sometimes you could hear the English in him, but when he got his Aussie accent near right he sounds like soooo different - on rove he said it took six months of training to get the accent down.

Well nothing else much happened today apart from the delicious thought of holidays...an amusing occurrence at 6:41 am this morning when my regular taxi driver rang me by accident...obviously his phone had unlocked and my name starting with A and all...well I was dead to the world, in the middle of some dream that when I was rudely awakened evaporated from my memory, heard that signal coming from my stereo speakers that alerts me to the fact my phone's about to go...I think I had a split second to think what the! before it started ringing so I quickly answered it and was like 'hello?' with total scepticism, thinking maybe it was Telstra telemarketers again from earlier in the week but all I heard was someone fluffing around and pressing numbers so I lay there listening for a while then hung up, checked who it was in the recent calls thingy on my phone and laughed...I've gotta remember to ask him about it next time I see him...and thought ha ha, I'm in a lovely warm bed while you're clearly either just starting out to work or have been driving around in your taxi for a while! Then I fell asleep after like an hour and dreamed about him - lol...always love when that happens to someone other than me...I've done it, rang my Dad by mistake while I was at TAFE and all he could hear was me talking to my friend Cindy and my bag rustling while I walked - he listened to me for about one minute, then hung up ... (lol)  

I also dreamed about a dog last night...for the past couple of nights I've dreamt of dogs, varying in sizes but mostly bishon friezes, some male some female, now what could that be all about? Do I subconsciously want a dog of my own, or is it a sign from a messenger of some sort? Dogs are supposed to represent friends or messengers, so if it's a friend then which one? Or is it several, since I've been dreaming about more than one dog?

Hmmm...

For  anyone who cares, Daniel Radcliffe was on Rove last night and he revealed he knew the ending of the 7th Harry Potter book like 4 months ago from J.K. herself - and in all the interviews leading up to the release of the book he was all like, 'Oh I haven't got a clue what happens, but I don't think Harry will die.' He did a bloody good job of hiding it!!! And he said that for his 18th it was pretty quiet, so how come (according to the Herald Sun) he was so hung over the next day? (lol) And he apparently gets it on with some girl in his December Boys movie, definitely wanna see that when it comes out in a couple of weeks. His Australian accent will be a laugh. 

It's really nice having this classroom to myself...not nice to have to get up early to come here early just to use the internet though! Can't wait for Friday when I'll be back in business! You really realise how much you miss something when you don't have it any more.

I spoke too soon...Mary has just arrived - lol - well I better wrap this up and actually do some work ... but I have been pretty good in regards to work lately ... byeeee!!! :)
